Champagne flights, specialty coffee, smoothies, beer, and wine is also offered at Sip. A few of the menu items include a potato waffle with various toppings, southwest grain bowl, meat and cheese, vegan, & dessert charcuterie boards, flatbreads, and a brioche French toast most of which can be made vegan & gluten free, if requested. The food offered at Sip matches the energy of rest of the building – all fresh, colorful, and bright. Front of the house manager, Samantha Radosevich says, “It’s all about creating the Sip ultimate experience from the moment you walk in, all the little details are important.” “Our goal was to create a space where everyone felt at home, like visiting a good friends house,” says Fred. “We wanted to create an indoor and outdoor space that felt relaxing and comfortable and we want to be open year-round with consistent hours,” says Jennie. The space is filled with bright colors, plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, and a giant flower ball hanging from the ceiling.
